Student Training

Bible school students are taught and trained to serve in ministry of their respective churches in various forms: music, theology, teaching Bible studies, outreach, religious education, pastoring and missions. Courses are structured to provide instruction dealing with key topics of the Bible and Christian living.  Evangelism leading to the new birth, baptism, salvation and sanctification is emphasized along with practical methodology of reaching the world for Jesus Christ. Separation from secular pursuits, personal dedication and sacrifice along with cooperative and independent service is exalted as members are trained as skilled prayer warriors and team workers.

Currently, Dr. Poe teaches the following courses at the Apostolic Bible Institute (ABI) in St. Paul, Minnesota where students are studying to receive an associate or bachelor degree in Theological studies to prepare them for leadership roles among national and international ministries.

Faculty Training

In order to facilitate and teach in a college-level curriculum, faculty need continuing education, particularly as it applies to adding new courses and embracing contemporary issues in missions.

The aim and goal of Global Missions Faculty Education through The Global Association of Theological Studies (GATS) is to provide curriculum, inspiration, and fresh methodology that can be readily imparted to leaders in Bible schools in North America and around the world.  By providing curriculum and training, students in the various countries will be able to experience apostolic understanding of the Bible and principles of Christianity.  GTI facilitates faculty training not only in institutions of higher learning but in local churches and Christian schools.
